Full Circle Checking has a $7.50 Monthly Fee. The service fee for the Full Circle Checking Account cannot be avoided with a minimum balance. However, you can have the monthly fee refunded to your account by making 15 debit card transactions per month (excluding ATM transactions) or by having a Fortera loan (mortgages and credit cards are included).** Restricted Transactions have a $10.00 Monthly Fee. *APY = Annual Percentage Yield. To be able to open a Full Circle Checking Account, you must meet the following eligibility requirements: (1) You must be 18 years of age or older (2) You must live, work, worship, or attend school in one of our service regions; join an affiliated partner, or have an immediate family member who is a Fortera member. Our service regions include Montgomery, Stewart, Chester, Decatur, Lewis, McNairy, and Perry counties in Tennessee or Christian, Trigg, Todd, McLean, and Webster counties in Kentucky. Residents of other counties in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Arkansas may also be eligible.
Price Protection from Mastercard may provide reimbursement for the price differences found on items that were purchased with an eligible Mastercard. For instance, if a member discovers a cheaper price for the Beats Headphones they just purchased, they may be eligible for reimbursement. Cardholders must use their eligible Mastercard entirely to purchase the item. If a cardholder sees a printed or non-auction internet advertisement for the same product for a lower price within the eligible time period applicable on your Mastercard, they may be eligible for the price difference. Cardholders will need to provide their original itemized store receipts, card statement record of purchase and a copy of advertisement showing the lower price found. Mastercard may extend the terms of the manufacturer’s warranty on certain items that were purchased using their Full Circle Mastercard (i.e. a refrigerator purchase). Coverage may be provided for the repair or replacement cost of the item and will not exceed the actual amount charged on the eligible Mastercard. Cardholders will need to provide their original itemized store receipts, card statement record of purchase and the original manufacturer warranty. The Identity Fraud Expense Reimbursement benefit may reimburse cardholders for eligible expenses incurred to restore their identity. Coverage is excess to any other applicable insurance or indemnity the eligible person may have. To verify your identity, we always ask that you come prepared with a government issued ID. It is important that it is not expired. Examples of acceptable IDs include a State Driver's License or a U.S or Foreign Passport. If we have trouble validating your ID, we may ask for a secondary ID. For children and teens, we have a variety of other documents we can use to verify identities. These include social security cards, birth certificates, medicaid cards, and insurance cards. If you become dissatisfied with a product you purchase using your eligible Mastercard within 60 days of purchase, and the store will not accept a return, you may be eligible for a refund for the cost of the product up to $250. Let’s say a cardholder purchased a rug that ends up being too small for the area they wished to cover. They attempt to return it, but it is beyond the store’s return policy of 20 days. They may be eligible for a refund. They must pay for the item using their eligible Mastercard and the item must be purchased from a store that provides a return or exchange policy of at least 10 days. The item must be returned undamaged, in good working condition, in its original and complete packaging along with the original itemized store receipt and card statement showing the record of purchase. The Cellular Telephone Protection Benefit provides reimbursement for Damage or Theft of a cellular phone when the monthly cellular bill is paid using the eligible Full Circle Mastercard. As long as you pay your monthly cellular bill with this card, you are automatically eligible for coverage up to $600 – at no additional cost. Certain terms and conditions apply.
