From the CEO, Fall 2026

What an exciting few months it has been for Fortera. We started the Summer off by being named as the #2 Credit Union on the 2026 Forbes Best Credit Unions in Tennessee list. Then we learned that we were named to PEOPLE’s 100 Companies That Care in 2026 list, coming in at #52. These recognitions reflect the dedication our team members bring to their work every day and the genuine care they show for our members, our communities and to each other. I couldn’t be more proud of our team!

The excitement continued with the launching of our new First-Time Homebuyers product. We believe homeownership should be a clear, supportive journey that feels attainable for every member. This new product offers qualified first-time buyers an opportunity to purchase a home with zero down financing, no private mortgage insurance (PMI) and help with closing costs*.
