Hopkinsville Branch Update

At Fortera, we’re continually evaluating our services and branch network to ensure we’re meeting the evolving needs of our members in the best possible way. As more members choose a combination of in-person and digital banking, we’re committed to providing convenient access, personalized service, and the exceptional experience you’ve come to expect from us.

After carefully evaluating our branch network, we have made the decision to consolidate our Clinic Drive location into our nearby Griffin Bell branch. As a result, the Clinic Drive branch located inside the Hopkinsville Walmart at 300 Clinic Drive, will permanently close at the end of business on Friday, November 13, 2026.

Because these two locations are less than one mile apart, this change allows us to continue providing the same personal service and support you’ve come to expect with a nearby branch that remains convenient and easily accessible. In addition, all team members currently serving at the Clinic Drive branch will be transitioned to other Fortera branch locations.

To better serve our members, we are expanding the lobby hours at our Griffin Bell branch located at 130 Griffin Bell Drive, Hopkinsville KY, beginning Saturday, November 14th.

New Branch Lobby Hours

Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Saturday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

In addition to visiting us in-person, you can continue to manage many of your everyday banking needs through the Fortera Mobile App and Online Banking, including checking balances, transferring funds, paying bills, and much more. You can also use any of our ATMs, including three convenient locations in Hopkinsville: 130 Griffin Bell Drive, 3225 Lafayette Road, and Brickyard Plaza.
