New Device Login Scam

We recently became aware of a New Device or New Login scam targeting some of our members. Scammers are text messaging members pretending to be from Fortera and saying they need to verify a suspicious login from a new device. It asks you to click a link (dinmaiaeventos.pt/fortera for example) to "terminate the session" if you did not login to your online or mobile banking from a new device. As a reminder, never click on a link you were not expecting without verifying it is legitimate. Also, never give your online or mobile banking user ID and password combo, full account or card number, PIN number, 3 digit CVV Security Code, or full Social Security Number unless you called us directly at 931.431.6800.
