New Text Scams

We recently became aware of some text scams targeting some of our members. The text ask members to verify a purchase or to verify their username. Please do not respond to text fthat appear like the ones below or are from those numbers. As a reminder, If we identify a questionable transaction on your account the text messages will be from the number 919-37.

Anytime you are in doubt about the authenticity of a message or call you receive, please call or text us at 931.431.6800, reach out to us via web chat or come see us in-person at one of our branches. We will be happy to help confirm if the communication is legitimate or not.
