Tax Documents Now Available

Your IRS 1098 and 1099 tax forms from Fortera Credit Union have been mailed or are now available to download. If you receive e-statements, your forms will be available through Online Banking under the Additional Services tab. Click on Statements and choose the Tax Form tab to see your tax forms.

Mortgage interest statements are now available in the My Mortgage Portal.

To access your mortgage forms via Online Banking:

1. Log in to Online Banking.
2. Click on the My Mortgage link under the Loans tab.
3. Look for the Year-End Statement link at the bottom of the left-hand menu.
   
   

To access your mortgage forms via Mobile Banking:

1. Log in to our Mobile Banking app.
2. Click the More button in the footer navigation and then look for the My Mortgage link.
3. Once in the My Mortgage Portal, click the menu icon and look for the Year-End Statement link.
