Strengthening your relationship with your employees is one of the most valuable investments you can make as a business owner. When you offer your team opportunities for career advancement, education, and benefits, they invest in you by staying longer and building a solid foundation in the workplace.
This is why we offer our Fortera Financial Wellness Partnership to any business interested in serving its employees - completely free of charge. As a credit union, serving and educating people is our top priority, so creating a program offering financial literacy classes, counseling, and workshops for employees was an easy choice for us.

Increasing your employees' Financial Wellness can lead to greater employee satisfaction and higher retention rates. Employees value workplaces that support them holistically, fostering a positive environment and mutually beneficial relationships. A forward-thinking benefit like financial wellness education positions your company as a choice employer.
Does this sound like an excellent fit for your company? We would love to speak with you about a potential partnership. Email our Financial Wellness Director, Peyton Craft, at pcraft@forteracu.com, or call 931.919.9084 to get started.
