We are so sorry for your loss and cannot begin to imagine how you are feeling. We want to help you take the time that you need to be with your loved ones and to heal. When you are ready to begin the process of closing a loved one's account(s), we will connect you with a member of our Priority Care Team. That team member will be your guide and support when going through this process. We promise to not pass you from person to person and we will meet you wherever you are comfortable - on the phone, via video from the comfort of your couch, or in one of our private offices. The choice is completely up to you.
