Instructions for how to use Video Chat Online
Click the Let's Chat button to begin. Make sure that you are calling from a computer/tablet etc. that has access to a working microphone and video camera.
Select whether you would like to log in to an existing account or create a new account. Creating a new account will take less than five minutes and will help you easily upload IDs and sign documents.
You can also select Instant Video Call if you have some quick questions you would like to ask us or just want to say hi.
Double-check that your audio and video settings are working correctly (and that you don't accidentally have any food stuck in your teeth) and select the Member Services Team, aka the ultimate help squad, and press Start Video Call.
