How to
1) If using a computer or tablet, ensure your device has access to a working microphone and video camera. For optimal performance, we suggest using the Google Chrome web browser. Internet Explorer (IE) is not supported.
If using a smartphone, simply download the Fortera Video Chat app from the App Store or Google Play.
2) Double-check your camera and audio settings and make sure they are working properly. Hit Next.
3) Select the Video Call button next to the Member Services Team icon.

When should I use video chat instead of phone calls to Fortera?
Video Chat is a great solution for any challenge that involves verifying your ID. If you are locked out of Online Banking or you have a question about a charge on your statement, the first thing our team does is verify your identity. We do this to keep you and your money safe. When you use Video Chat, you can simply hold your ID up to the camera and we can verify your identity on the spot.
