How is a Personal Loan of Credit different from a Credit Card?
These financial tools are very similar. The largest difference between the two is how they are accessed. Credit Cards are loans designed to be convenient for our members. Need a mini loan? Grab your credit card and get what you need. Because PLOCs do not come with a card, spending money does not ususally happen instantly. For many of our members that do not feel comfortable with a Credit Card or struggle with overspending or spurge-spending, a PLOC can be a great tool because it requires you to slow down and think before making a large purchase.

Who should I contact if I have questions about my order?
If you have questions regarding the status of your order or estimated shipping date, please call the Award Headquarters Customer Service, at 1-888-634-6318. The Customer Service Team is available Monday-Thursday 8 am - 6 pm CST and Friday 8 am - 5 pm CST.
Once I submit a merchandise redemption order, how long will it take for my shipment to arrive?
Rewards will typically ship within 2-3 business days of when the order is received. On occasion, an item will be out of stock. Once the item comes into stock, it will ship within 2-3 business days. Some items may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer/supplier and may take 4-6 weeks for delivery, but most often those items ship within 10 business days. Drop-shipped items will be noted as such under availability.
Can I ship to a military base?
Yes, we offer items that can be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Not all items in the catalog will be eligible for APO/FPO/DPO delivery. Any item that is eligible will be indicated with the APO/FPO/DPO logo.
How do I know if my card is contactless?
All contactless cards will have the contactless symbol on the front of the card.
Are contactless cards safe?
Contactless cards are actually safer than traditional cards. Contactless payment puts you in control and protects your data. Your card or device never leaves your hand, reducing the risk of loss or counterfeit, and each purchase is uniquely encrypted. You’re also protected against double billing, even if you accidentally tap twice. Contactless cards are also an easy way to reduce contact and can help you avoid the potential for picking up bacteria and germs.
Are contactless cards similar to a digital wallet?
Yes. Contactless payments use the same technology as mobile wallets, such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Where can I use my contactless card?
Use anywhere you see the Contactless symbol at checkout. Contactless checkout is ideal when speed and convenience are essential. You can use it at stadiums, fast food restaurants, gas stations, grocery stores, transit locations, and more.

What do I do if I lose my contactless debit card?
To report a lost or stolen debit card during business hours, please call 800.821.5891. To report a lost or stolen debit card during non-business hours, resolve a problem with using your debit card, or dispute a charge on your debit card, please call 866.557.5315.
What if I don’t have a contactless card, but want to get one? Can I request a contactless card?
Yes, you can walk into any branch and we can create you a contactless debit card instantly. You may also reach out to us at (931) 431-6800 or via video chat to request a new contactless debit or credit card.
