Online Banking Text Fraud

We recently became aware of a text scam targeting some of our members. Scammers are texting some members with what looks to be a security alert for a login attempt on their account and asks them to approve or deny the new login attempt. After replying, the scammers will attempt to call in order to gain access to your online account by obtaining login credentials and/or two-factor authentication codes. As a reminder, never give your online or mobile banking user ID and password combo, full account or card number, PIN number, 3 digit CVV Security Code, or full Social Security Number unless you called us directly at 931-431-6800.
