Scam Alert

We recently became aware of some text scams targeting some of our members. In the scam, fraudsters send a text message claiming to be from Fortera asking you to confirm a purchase or saying that fraud has been detected on your account. The text asks you to click on a link to review the charge. A sample of one of the text messages is below. The link may also appear as a long string of text with Fortera Credit Union included. A sample of one of the URLs used is http://s.id/alertforteracreditunionfastnowmember. Please do not click on the link if you receive any texts like these.
