Suspicious Login Attempt Scam

We recently became aware of a suspicious login scam targeting some of our members. Scammers are text messaging members pretending to be from Fortera and saying they need to verify a suspicious login. If the member replies, they receive a second text requesting their username. As a reminder, never give your online or mobile banking user ID and password combo, full account or card number, PIN number, 3 digit CVV Security Code, or full Social Security Number unless you called us directly at 931-431-6800.
