Introducing IDCheck for Shared Branch Experience

For members who use the CO-OP Shared Branching service, your experience just got easier and more secure. When visiting credit unions that participate in the Shared Branching Network, a teller can now identify and authenticate members with out-of-state IDs in the branch through a QR code and one-time passcode multi-factor authentication verification through IDCheck. IDCheck offers a seamless and secure way to verify your identity in-branch, helping to ensure your account remains protected from unauthorized access. As a reminder, the CO-OP Shared Branch Network allows you to do in-person banking while you’re on the road by visiting a Credit Union that participates in the Shared Branching Network.
