Your Fall Payment Pause: Skip-A-Pay is Here

You may be eligible to skip your November payment on your loan, giving you some extra funds this fall.

Skipping a payment is easy. Give us a call at 931.431.6800, visit any of our branch locations or log in to your online or mobile banking to see your eligible loans and complete the quick application. From within Online Banking, click the Skip-A-Pay link under the loans tab. In the Mobile Banking App, tap the Pay link in the footer and then look for Skip-A-Pay link. There is a $35 one-time fee if your application is approved.

Not all loan types are eligible for Skip-A-Pay. All Fortera loans must be current with no collection action pending and at least 6 consecutive monthly on-time payments. Mortgage, home equity, credit cards and business loans are not eligible. Fortera allows you to skip a payment twice a year but skipped payments may not be in consecutive months. Your account must not be overdrawn, and you must have sufficient funds on deposit to cover the $35 fee. Interest will continue to accrue during the waived payment period and will be added to the loan. Please see the Skip-A-Pay application for complete terms and conditions.
